Online&Congress Convention in B.T.O. - Florence

Tomorrow morning, Tuesday 18th November, the first of two conventions organised by B.T.O. (Buy Tourism On Line) in Florence will take place:
Online & Congress Convention: a conference on the relation between the web and congress industry tourism.
The conference, organised in close collaboration with the Firenze Convention Bureau, comes at time of particular relevance for a sector such as the Meeting & Incentive industry that has always been parallel and complementary to tourism, and as such, is similarly involved in revolutionary sales mechanisms introduced by the web.
The conference will be opened by Gerri Martinuzzi, Director of Enterprise and Market Development of Florence Chamber of Commerce, and moderated by Henrik Von Arnold, senior project manager of the consulting firm HvA & Co
